Explication of the product:
It is an ideal construction site material which can be applied on materials such as concrete, gas concrete, exposed concrete, brick, bimsblok, briquette.
It does not create any cracking.
It forms a prepared surface for painting with one-coat application without the need for satin polishing plaster.
It is a high quality material which is produced according to TS EN 13 279-1/TS EN 13 279/2.
Instructions for application:
Gypsum Spray Plaster is supplied to machine in ratio of 5,5-6 water/plaster. The mortar operated by the machine, when a homogeneous mixture is achieved, is sprayed on the wall surface without leaving any rough opening. Gauging is done by pressing moldings from the bottom to top with aluminum cutter gauging device. Over-mortar on gauging is taken. When the surface starts to harden, it is wetted. Later then, with rubber trowel, for surfacing of fine material, the operation on surface is performed with circular movements. The surface is polished with steel trowel after about ten minutes of the operation. After about 1 hour of this application, as doing second application to surface with steel trowel, hard and satin surface is formed.
Minimum application thickness should be 10mm. The application surface must be cleared of oil and dust which are difficulties in holding. If required, the surface can be roughened for providing better adhesion on concrete and exposed concrete surfaces.
