Explication of the product:

It is an ideal construction material which is used for adhering of plaster plates on wall. It adheres very well and it becomes in a period which will not prevent to work.

It is the most suitable material for the surfaces of cement block, exposed concrete, gas concrete and bimsblock.

Instructions for application:

A little water is putt into a clean cape and the plaster is spilled on it. ( rate of 100gr plaster and 65gr water ). Spilling activity is maintained until the plaster places on the water. It is waited for a few minutes for dipping of the plaster into water by getting wet. The mixture activity is maintained by hand or by mixture device until a good mixture is achieved. Prepared mortar is periodically applied on the wall or at the back of plaster plate. In case of not having enough labor, it is suggested to apply on the wall surface of Astaş Plaster Plate adhesive for not making heavier of Plaster plate. Prepared mortar must be used in 25 minutes. After adhering activity is finished, it is required to wait for 30 minutes without any operation. In this period, the plaster is completely frozen and become hard.

Subjects to be considered in application of Astaş adhesive plaster:

Ambient temperature while applying should be over +5C.
Clean plaster plate from remains which will prevent adhering such as dust and oil.
Wash with plenty of water in case of contact with mouth and eyes.
During work activities, barette, glove, protective mask and glasses should be used.
